The granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, Navya Naveli Nanda, recently made her debut on the catwalk at Paris Fashion Week. A proud Shweta Bachchan, Navya’s mother, shared several photos and videos from the event on her Instagram account. She attended the event along with her mother, actor Jaya Bachchan.
In one of the posts, Shweta shared a video of Navya Naveli Nanda confidently walking the runway in an off-shoulder red dress and silver heels. Throughout her walk, Navya maintained a cheerful demeanor, waving at her mother and grandmother, and even posing for the audience. Shweta Bachchan affectionately referred to her as “Little miss L’Oréal” in the caption.
Shweta also posted a blurred glimpse of the Eiffel Tower and a selfie with a slightly distracted Jaya Bachchan. Both Shweta and Jaya wore beige dresses, but Jaya added a printed red jacket to her outfit. Shweta shared several other pictures from the event as well.
One of the photos showed Navya Naveli Nanda in a black ensemble, smiling at the camera. She wore a black top under a leather jacket and denim pants.
Another picture captured a heartwarming moment where Navya posed with her mother and grandmother. They all shared smiles, with Navya resting her head next to her mother’s and holding her hand.
In her heartfelt caption, Shweta described the emotional experience of watching her daughter walk the runway in Paris. She reminisced about Navya’s first steps as a baby and how fast time had flown. She mentioned that Navya wore red for the occasion, and even the Eiffel Tower seemed to turn pink in celebration. Shweta and Jaya admitted to holding back tears of pride as they watched Navya Naveli Nanda’s confident performance.
Shweta humorously shared that despite it being considered blasphemous to eat chocolate at a fashion show, they sneaked in some M&M’s because they believed they were worth it. Navya, touched by her mother’s words, commented on the post, saying, “You both gave me the strength I needed.” Many well-known personalities, including Zeenat Aman, Abhishek Bachchan, Shanaya Kapoor, and Farah Khan, reacted to the post with hug and heart emojis.
