Zareen Khan, who went from a whopping 100 kgs to her current 57kgs, says the credit goes to her gym instructor and pilates teacher Yasmin Karachiwalla.

The star who showed off a smoking hot bod in the song 'Character Dheela' in 'Ready' is now training hard to keep toned and fit for her next movie Sajid Nadiadwala's 'Housefull 2'.

So how did Zareen make the journey from flab to fab? Over to the star herself!

*Every morning, Zareen did pilates for an hour
*Weight training was thrice a week with Yasmin Karachiwalla
*Swimming and jogging were part of the fitness routine
*She ate every two hours to increase her metabolic rate
*Sweets and fried food were strictly off the menu

The impressive results have encouraged Zareen to train even harder. "In the next few months, the results will be even more visible," she promises.
