It is likely that you’ve heard this before. The first thing people who are trying to lose weight do it ditch the carbs, but this will in fact lead you to gain more weight.
Exercise longer and shed the weight
Wrong! Many assume that spending long hours training in the gym can help you cut out all the weight but in fact, exercise is not the only answer to weight loss. Over exercising can out your body under a lot of stress and is actually less beneficial than you may think.
You’ll gain back all the weight you’ve lost
Water weight is often confused with actual weight loss. Water weight comes back with the same speed you lose it, but it won’t be the same as if you’ve lost it through a specific process. Maintaining a regular, healthy diet is important for losing weight, so if you manage to maintain it; you won’t gain back those kilos.
