After India’s defeat against New Zealand, team India has crashed out of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. Captain Virat Kohli and his wife, Anushka Sharma however, have decided to stay on in the city to spend some quality time together. India lost to team New Zealand by 18 wickets in the semi-finals and have bid adieu to their hopes of winning the World Cup. While India was still in the tournament, Virat and Anushka would meet up whenever they would get a chance and were spotted by many fans while they were out and about on the streets of London.
Virat and Anuhska were spotted having a dinner date in London; pictures of which surfaced on social media. The two were spotted having dinner at Quilon, Taj London where they obliged fans with pictures. In fact, the two decided to take turns and take pictures with their fans.
Earlier, that same day, the couple was spotted strolling London’s streets and a fan took to Instagram to post a picture with the two.
Virat and Anushka have busy schedule, yet manage to maintain the perfect work-life balance. Anushka recently revealed that she and Virat are "as normal as anyone would be in a relationship". She also said that they "try to create a proper work-life balance" and do not let their professions come in the way of their marriage.
"Both of us really love doing what we do professionally... We don't take our professions too seriously. We don't draw our identity only from that. We are very simple and like doing normal things. For the world, it is about our professions. But in reality, it is as normal as anyone would be in a relationship," she went on to add.
After crashing out of the World Cup, Virat took to social media to thank all their fans for the love and support showered on them throughout the tournament.
