A new study has revealed the expected salaries in UAE in 2020 across various sectors. Check out the UAE Salary Guide below for more details

Cooper Fitch -- which provides talent-related services to companies in the UAE -- has just unveiled a new study with details of estimated average salaries across various sectors in the country in 2020. A similar study was also published recently by recruitment agency Robert Half. The 2020 UAE Salary Guide, published by these companies, includes market trends and remuneration for various positions in sales and marketing, human resource and administration, manufacturing and supply chain, investment banking, law, finance and accounting, telecommunications and technology. Here’s a summary of the report’s findings:

Sales and Marketing

  • General Manager: AED 55,000 - 64,000
  • Brand Manager:  AED 15,000 - 20,000
  • Marketing Director:  AED 40,000 - 50,000
  • PR Account Manager:  AED 18,000 - 25,000
  • Marketing Manager:  AED 20,000 - 24,000
  • Marketing Executive:  AED 10,000 - 17,000
  • Store Manager:  AED 12,000 - 18,000
  • Sales Executive: AED 8,000 - 12,000

HR and Administration

  • HR Director  AED 50,000 - 78,000
  • Head of Recruitment:  AED 39,000 - 45,000
  • Regional HR Manager:  AED 20,000 - 30,000
  • Executive Assistant:  AED 20,000 - 30,000

People in the UAE may also have access to more employment opportunities next year. Economic growth in the UAE is projected to speed up in 2020 as a result of higher business optimism, higher public and private sector spending on Expo 2020 project, among other things. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Institute of International Finance (IIF) have forecast tha the growth rate will be sigficantly higher and the country’s GDP will grow by 3 percent as compared to 1 percent in 2019.
