Clelia Theordorou and Shelby Tribble's longtime friendship took a sour turn on The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) show on Sunday night. The two were involved in a heated tussle as Clelia accused Shelby of not being there for her after she broke up with her boyfriend. Clelia alleged that Shelby was unsupportive to her during her toughest and most emotional days. After Shelby said she had sent countless messages which went ignored, Clelia resorted to foul language and shouted, “you're a f**k**g liar” and told her how she was crying on the floor, while Shelby was off on holiday with her on-off boyfriend Sam Mucklow.
Shelby said, “Can I just start off by saying after all this time we can finally talk. I've been sending you so many messages.” While the two ladies had the confrontation while sitting on the park bench, Clelia replied: '”No. You messaged me twice and rang my mum with the excuse ‘My internet hasn't been working’." Shelby hit back, “We've got messages to prove it. I communicated with you while I was there, maybe not every day but I did.” This is when Clelia called her a big liar.
She continued, “I've been there for you through everything, everything. You need have more of a head, Shelby. You didn't text me. I couldn't get myself off the f*****g floor. You were with Sam all summer and you just sat there.” As Shelby turned the tables around, she attacked Clelia by saying, “Am I not allowed happiness? You don't want me to be happy.” And as the drama continued, Clelia said in a shaking voice, “I have wanted you to be happy forever. Gatsby, Pete, Tom, Sam, Saffron, I've had your back through everything but you can't be there for me.” Shelby replied, '”Do you know what we're never going to win, I know what I've done, you know what you've done. We're never going to agree. I'm sorry that it's all ended up like this and I'm really disappointed that after seven years you didn't come to me.”
Last week, Clelia revealed she had moved out of the flat they shared.
