Gram Flour, 4 cups
Salt, 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder, 1 tbsp
Red Chillies Crushed, 1 tbsp
Cumin, 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder, 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder, 1 tbsp
Veggies (2-3 onions, potatoes, green chillies)
Oil, 4 cups
Water, as needed
Mix the spices with the gram flour with water and beat. Add sliced pototes and fry on medium heat. Keep turning them. In the leftover batter, add veggies (onions and red chillies). Serve hot with chutney!
