Television Actor Ram Kapoor Surprises Fans With His Weight Loss Transformation!

Indian TV actor Ram Kapoor has stunned fans with his extreme weight loss, which he shared via a series of photographs on Instagram.

Indian television actor Ram Kapoor -- who is popular for his roles in TV shows like Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and Kasamh Se -- recently posted a few pictures of his new look on Instagram, with the caption: "Wassssup peeps!! Long time no see.” The 46-year old actor, who seems to have lost a lot of weight and now sports a salt-pepper hairstyle, has left everyone stunned with the sudden change. His wife, Gautami Kapoor, also posted a comment on the picture, saying "HOTTTTTIE."

Ram’s transformation pictures have gone viral on the internet. However, this is not the first time that the actor has surprised fans with his fitness. In 2017 as well, Ram posted some workout images from his gym, which also went viral.

Ram spoke to the media about his weight loss journey, saying that everyone reaches a point in their lives when they want to do things for their children and that he wanted to be healthier for the sake of his children. He clarified that he did not lose weight to look younger and also thanked people for accepting him the way he was, saying that he was lucky as being overweight had never been an obstacle in his career. Ram also shared that he had quit smoking two years ago, for his daughter, and improving fitness was the next logical step.

The Ghar Ek Mandir actor started hitting the gym 2-3 years ago but seems to have been consistent with his workout and is now inspiring fans with the healthy change, who are appreciating his new look and waiting to see him on screen again. Ram has also shared details of his workout regime. The actor hits the gym every morning, directly after waking up. He does not eat anything before this and sticks to heavy weight training. Before going to bed at night, he also does an intense cardio workout. In terms of diet, he keeps an eye on his calorie intake and does intermittent fasting, which restricts the amount of time a person is allowed to have food.
