Sushant Singh Rajput has also reportedly bought a land on the moon, in an area called the Sea of Muscovy
Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput started his acting career with TV dramas before making his debut with Kai Po Che in 2013. Since then the 33-year-old has worked in numerous films, one of his biggest projects being 2014's PK opposite Anushka Sharma and Aamir Khan. He later also got the chance to portray former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni in his biopic called MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. Apart from acting, Sushant has kept himself busy with several other projects as well. In 2017, he launched a program called Sushant4Education which aimed to help young students. And it seems like the actor might be taking it a step further.
Sushant recently announced that he plans to send 100 children to NASA. He added that it was always his dream to be an astronaut but he couldn't fulfill it, which is why he is trying to help children who want to go in to space. He said, "When I was a kid I always wanted to go NASA but was declined again and again. So I got myself a really powerful telescope, which can zoom in on any crater on a bright moon night." The actor finally got a chance to visit NASA in 2017 and managed to hold a workshop there too.
Another year later, he was able to send two kids to NASA as well. He continued, "They were very bright kids and one of them won a gold medal there and he now trains to become an astronaut. I am now planning to send at least 100 kids this time to NASA." Apparently, Sushant also owns a piece of land on the moon. He had bought a small area in the region of Mare Muscoviense, also called the Sea of Muscovy. He will also be talking about his fascination with space in a National Geographic show named Chandrayan II landing, soon.
