Ninu Veedani Needanu Nene star Sundeep Kishan was lately in the hospital with very high fever. He's home now and recovering fast, Sundeep shudders at the experience gone-by. “I guess it was due to all the stress that I went through as a producer for Ninu Veedani Needanu Nene. I never knew being a producer would be so difficult. The stress continued even after the release. I landed up in the hospital. I am finally breathing easy now.”
But not for long. Sundeep begins shooting for his next film in two months. “It is a completely change of pace from Ninu Veedani Needanu Nene, an out-and-out comedy called Tenali Ramkrishna BABL. Nageshwar Reddy Sir, who is like Anees Bazmji in Bollywood, is directing. It’s a total madcap courtroom comedy which would have the audience in splits,” Says Sundeep.
His co-star on this project is Hansika Motwane. Strangely, Sundeep’s name is mentioned in many places among the actors of the Independence Day Hindi release Mission Mangal. Laughs Sundeep, “I don’t know how I got into that film because I am not any part of it. I would have loved to be.”
Mission Mangal, starring Akshay Kumar is based on India’s expedition to the moon and will release this Independence Day on August 15.
