A lot can change in the space of one year and Sonali Bendre is one person who will vouch for that. Since July 4, 2018, a lot has changed for the actor and a year on from that point, Sonali has had a lot to say. Sonali has been in New York for the past year where she was receiving treatment to cure her cancer. Throughout her time away, the actor has been sharing snippets of her life and what it feels like to be a cancer patient. Her inspirational posts and messages are a true testament to how strong and brave she has been throughout it all. Now, Sonali Bendre has taken to social media and shared a special message in which she is thankful for everything.
The picture shows two varying versions of Sonali, a coloured one which is the older of the two pictures, while the black and white one is a more recent one. The pictures are layered side by side each other. She has also shared a beautiful piece of Rupi Kaur poetry to accompany the picture in which she thanks everyone who has helped her to get through the year.

Many celebrities then took to comment of the post with words of wisdom and support. “Ur not a flower baby.. ur a Tree!! Strong n unbending,” choreographer Farah Khan commented. “Big hug my darling,” Twinkle Khanna wrote while another user said, “You are more than just your body... You are eternal and will always be.”
Despite being diagnosed with cancer, Sonali get no fear and remained composed throughout. She was always confident which of course she attributed to the support of her friends, family and fans. She has now moved back to India, where she continues to inspire people on a daily basis.
