As a couple, Shahid and Mira are willing to work together towards improving the quality of life for people who are struggling with mental health conditions including stress, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness. One of their pivotal concerns is also the eradication of obesity. Mira revealed she has always maintained a tailored diet and is extremely conscious about her eating habits. "Whether it's being mindful about what one eats, the kind of exercise the body needs through the different phases in one's life or the thoughts we manifest, the mind-body-soul connection is key,” she stated.
