Shah Rukh Khan celebrated 27 years in Bollywood on June 25. In a celebratory post on Twitter, the King Khan shared a video of himself on a super bike – the actor can be seen riding the bike before he stylishly hits the brake to say a few words to his fans. The video, obviously, went viral. And four days later, it caught Sachin Tendulkar’s eye – not for the right reason though. The God of cricket was not so happy with Shah Rukh Khan ditching helmet in the video. The master blaster congratulated the actor on completing 27 years in the industry and added a little driving advice – all the while reminiscing the King of Bollywood’s hits over the years.

“Dear Baazigar, don't 'Chuck' De helmet,” wrote Sachin Tendulkar. “Wear one when on a bike Jab Tak Hai Jaan.”

“Congratulations on completing 27 years! See you soon, my friend,” he added.

Shah Rukh Khan threw it out of the park in his reply too. Quote tweeting the tweet, Shah Rukh Khan replied: “My friend, helmet pehen kar, on drive..off drive & straight drive karna aap se zyaada behtar kaun sikha sakta hai!”

“Will tell my grandchildren, I got my ‘driving’ lessons from the great Sachin himself.” The Devdas actor then invited Sachin Tendulkar for fish curry. “See you soon over some fish curry. Thank you.”

“Most definitely Shah Rukh,” responded the cricket legend. “Let’s plan a dinner after the World Cup. We can celebrate Suhana’s graduation and hopefully India’s win.”

In the video, Shah Rukha Khan had recreated a scene form his debut movie Deewana. "It's a coincidence that my friends from a motorcycle company have sent me two motorcycles to try out the stunts I did in Deewana 27 years ago,” he said. “I am going to give it a shot, but this time there's a difference. I will make sure I am wearing a helmet. Always wear a helmet while riding a bike," the actor said.

The internet understandably had a meltdown over this and it was definitely the good kind of meltdown. There were also some hilarious responses to Shah Rukh Khan and Tendulkar's tweets.

Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan recently graduated from college in London and Shah Rukh Khan had shared some beautiful images from London on his social media.

Shah Rukh Khan has been fairly quiet on the work front. He has announced that he would not be doing any films in the future for a while because he wants to spend his time with his family. His recent film Zero was a critical and commercial failure and his other film Jab Harry Met Sejal also met the same fate. Given how the past films did, Shah Rukh Khan has said that he'd like to take time off and watch movies and take a break. Shah Rukh Khan was set to appear as Rakesh Sharma in the biopic titled Saare Jahan Se Accha but apparently Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal have been roped in to play the titular role. However, Shah Rukh Khan continues to win with his wit on social media and in media interactions about his hiatus and his career as well.
