In New York, she loved having Pizza every day which resulted in her weight gain and health loss. She has always been vocal about her battle with PCOS and how it slowed down the weight loss process for her. Sara Ali Khan is particular about her diet and rarely takes cheat meals. However, her love and admiration for food are still there.
