Sara Ali Khan celebrates Dussehra with mother Amrita Singh and brother Ibrahim Ali Khan
Sara Ali Khan is the elder daughter of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh. The IVY league graduate made her acting debut in the film ‘Kedarnath’.
Sara Ali Khan is one of the busiest actresses in the industry despite being just two films old. Her first film Kedarnath was released less than a year ago and soon she gave the Rohit Shetty blockbuster ‘Simmba’ with Ranveer Singh. The Pataudi Princess Sara Ali Khan considers herself a normal girl from Juhu. Whenever a connection to her royal lineage is made, Sara Ali Khan clarifies that she does not consider herself a royal. She is often spotted wearing casual clothes and being completely makeup-free as she hangs out with her friends or simply goes to her gym. She was seen in Kolkata last night.
On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, Sara Ali khan wished her fans a Happy Dussehra with the picture from a family dinner. She could be seen standing next to a giant menu with brother Ibrahim Ali Khan and mother Amrita Singh. Sara Ali Khan, as usual, sported her favorite white cotton kurta but this time with a bindi and red lips. Amrita Singh could be seen wearing a black top with a traditional pendant. Ibrahim Ali khan stayed casual in a pink T-shirt and black jeans.

Dussehra in a major Hindu festival celebrated at the end of Navratri each year. It is celebrated on the 10th of Ashvin or Kartik which are the sixth and seventh month in the Hindu year. According to Ramayana, Dusshera celebrates the victory of good over evil. The legend says that Ravana had kidnapped Sita who was Rama’s wife. The two had a ferocious war and at the end Rama managed to release Sita from Ravana after killing him. Ravana was a ten-headed demon and Rama killed all those heads.
