Similarly, Sanjay Dutt is gearing up for his upcoming Ashutosh Gowariker movie Panipat with complete gusto.
To portray the character of an Afghan king Ahmad Shah Durrani, Sanjay Dutt is strictly following a diet regime and hitting the gym regularly to be the fitter version of himself. The actor who is playing the role of Adheera in this multi-starer movie has to wear incredibly heavy armour during the shoots, hence the special preparation for the role. 1. Low Carb, Low Fat Meals: To get into the skin fo the role, Sanjay Dutt has been put on a diet that is low in carbohydrates and fats.
2. Binge-Eating Salads: One of the major components of Sanjay Dutt's Panipat diet is salads, which help him stay on track his goal to eat low-carb meals.
3. High Protein Diet: Dutt reportedly has to consume a diet rich in protein, including foods like chicken and fish. Protein is important for anyone wanting to build and retain muscle mass.
Sanjay Dutt, to get into the shape of a warrior’s body, is working out religiously so that he may be able to carry the heavy costumes during the scenes. Since Sanjay Dutt has to maintain a certain physique the actor worked out in between shots and post-pack-up depending on the availability of time. He has one more gym at the place he lived. Directed by filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, the film also stars Arjun Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in pivotal roles. As per reports, the film would have a gigantic star cast comprising of 110 actors. Panipat is scheduled to release on December 6, this year. Panipat is based on the Third Battle of Panipat that was fought on January 14, 1761, between the king of Afghanistan Ahmad Shah Abdali and Marathas.
