His life has been nothing short of eventful. Filled with anxiety, tumultous pain and under the torturous glare of the limelight. Sanjay Dutt has now himslef offered to co-produce the biopic on his life which will be directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
According to a report in Mid Day, a source close to Sanjay Dutt told the daily, "Sanjay Dutt is co-producing the film. The decision was taken recently. The work on the script is still going on."
The film's script with both Hirani and Abhijat Joshi working on it, stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. Reports suggest that director Hirani would be focusing not only on the positives of Sanjay Dutt's life but also on the extreme lows that the 56-year old actor has seen.
Sanjay is currently serving the remainder of his sentence in Yerwada Jail, the punishment for his involvement in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts. The actor was charged guilty for the possession of illegal arms.
The actor who will be free in February 2016, has been working hard to grow his production house and for the same his wife Manyata has also signed Prabhudheva to direct a home production project.
