The dotting mum often shares adorable videos and photographs of her bundle of joy Izhaan Mirza Malik who is a happy toddler ( he smiles in most of his pictures). Despite being an internationally acclaimed Tennis star, Sania Mirza is also known for her fitness and fashion sense. Recently, Sania Mirza took Instagram to share her personal journey of weight loss and fitness after the birth of her son Izhaan Mirza Malik. She posted her before and after pictures in the same post. Although Sania Mirza looked equally beautiful in both the pictures, the second picture taken when she had lost 26 kgs certainly showed a fitter and healthier Sania Mirza.

‘89 kilos vs 63 we all have goals.. everyday goals and long term goals .. take pride in each one of those .. it took me 4 months to achieve this goal of mine, to get back to being healthy and fit after having a baby .. feels like such a long way.to come back and regain fitness and being able to compete at the highest level again .. Follow your dreams. No matter how many ppl tell you , you can’t cause God knows how many of those we have around us.If I can then anyone can #believe #mummahustles’
