Salman Khan and fitness go hand in hand and the star is known to be very particular about his healthy lifestyle and for also leading other Bollywood celebrities on the path of fitness, Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha to name the few. For Salman Khan, age is just a number, at 53 he is still a beast in gym and supports a chiselled body as good as his early days.
Recently, the megastar has been very frequent in posting his workout routines and gym sessions along with his near and dear once. In one of his latest workout videos, he is running along a horse who is ridden by budding Bollywood actor Iqbal Khan. The video is captioned as “Overpower horse power…fun run with @iamzahero
In a series of videos of his gym routines, he lifted two of his security personnel through a leg workout. The visual reveals the actor using his security personnel in place of weights. Sharing the video on Instagram, Salman wrote, “After experiencing the highs and lows my security has finally realised how secure they are wid me .. ha ha”
One of the videos shows him lifting his nephew and entrepreneur of “being strong fitness equipment” Abdullah on one of his shoulders and saying “this little fellow is my nephew and his name is Abdullah, and I am being strong and he is real strong”.
In another video posted recently, donning a matching blue shorts and matching blue shirt, is seen standing on a cliff. Within spur of the moment he suddenly does a backflip dive into the pool and absolutely aces it with almost no effort. If you listen attentively to the video, you can hear the song “Jag Ghoomiya” in the background.
In similar other video, with the assistance of a person he is shown to stretch his leg and take it as high as he can. While pulling the intense workout with aplomb he is shown saying “It’s not only about being strong but being flexible too…”
On the work front, The 'Dabangg' actor is basking in the success of 'Bharat' alongside Katrina Kaif. The star is working on his forthcoming Sanjay Leela Bhansali film 'Inshallah,’ which also stars Alia Bhatt. Salman will team up with Sanjay after a long gap of 19 years. The duo last worked together in 1999 on 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam'.
