It is no wonder that if you’re a star or a celebrity kid, you will get the first shot at stardom, irrespective of whether you possess that star quality or not! Bollywood has a reputation for launching star children with massive films. Some make it big; others slowly disappear into oblivion after several rather costly attempts! But what could make a difference is to have someone powerful in the industry believe in you and your talent.
Salman Khan’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma is the latest in the long line of wannabe stars who will be getting his first shot at fame soon. The latest beneficiary of having powerful connections is Ayush Sharma, the scion of an influential political family and the husband of Salman Khan’s sister Arpita, who Khan is grooming to be a hero.
A source said in an article in DNA, “Salman has some experience in this department, having mentored aspirants like Pulkit Samrat and Sooraj Pancholi with varying degrees of success. Only time will tell if he will successfully make his favourite sister’s husband a star.”
In the meantime, Ayush will be learning all about filmmaking on the sets of Salman’s latest film Sultan, as an assistant director.
