Salman Khan to Launch 300 Gyms Across India
Salman Khan aims to make every individual fit and healthy, apart from creating job opportunities for fitness trainers and entrepreneurs while spreading the message of the Fit India movement
Superstar Salman Khan has been on roll with posting his workout videos regularly on Instagram. His strict fitness regimen also sees him adding some humour to his monotonous routine every now and then. From using his security guards as weights and taking them through the “highs and lows” to lifting his trainer with one arm, the ‘Dabangg’ star ensures to leave his fans in fits. In previous posts, we were shown the flexible side of the 50 plus actor. While one video depicted him doing a back flip in the pool, he was seen doing a full-fledged split in the next. But little did everyone know what was cooking behind the scenes. According to latest reports, Salman is all set to launch a SK-27 Gym Franchise and plans to open 300 gyms across India by 2020.
After his Being Human chain and Being Strong Fitness Equipment, he is gearing up to launch his own chain of gyms and fitness centres. The news was announced in a statement issued on behalf of the actor this week.
The aim of SK-27 is to make every individual fit and healthy, apart from creating job opportunities for fitness trainers and entrepreneurs while spreading the message of the Fit India movement. In April, Salman launched his fitness equipment brand Being Strong, which is said to have been installed in over 175 gyms across India. On the work front, Salman is riding high on the soaring success of his and Katrina Kaif’s starrer Bharat. He is currently working on Dabangg 3 which is set to hit floors soon. And if reports are to be believed, he will also star alongside Aamir Khan in the second installment of Andaaz Apna Apna, the script of which is in works. With a fitness venture taking full form and back-to-back project, he is definitely worth of praise on all fronts!
