Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have starred together in various films. They were most famously seen together in the Tiger series which followed them as secret agents from India and Pakistan respectively. Salman Khan and Katirna Kaif are also going to appear in Bharat, which is set to release by December this year.
Bharat is known to be a remake of the 2014 Korena film Ode to My Father. The upcoming film for Salman is going to be the remake of Veteran, which is also another Korean film from 2015. This film is about a detective who chses a young and successful criminal.
"I am doing 'Veteran'. Atul has the rights. It's a nice film. We will do this film after Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film," Salman said in an interview here.
While it remains to be seen who would be Salman’s leading lady in Veteran’s remake, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are going to appear together in the third instalment of the Tiger franchise, according to a news report. Salman will be also starring opposite Alia Bhatt in the upcoming Sanjay Leela Bhansali film ‘Inshallah’ with Sanjay Dutt.
Katrina Kaif on the other hand, is reportedly to be the leading lady in Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi. Sooryavanshi will be clashing with Salman Khan’s Eid 2020 release, Inshallah. Sooryavanshi is to be third instalment of Rohit Shetty’s cop series, the first two being Singham with Ajay Devgan and Ranveer Singh as Simmba.
Salman Khan is currently promoting his home production ‘Notebook’ which stars debutantes Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl. Notebook releases on March 29.
