Salman Khan and His Bharat Song Slow Motion with Disha Patani is Super Catchy!
Salman Khan’s upcoming film’s Bharat’s song Slow Motion with Disha Patanis already becoming an ear worm
Salman Khan’s upcoming film Bharat is going to be an epic affair, if the trailer is anything to go by. The song ‘Slow Motion’ has just been released. It stars Disha Patani and the song preludes with where Salman and Disha are to be seen at the time. It’s 1964 and Salman is dressed like Elvis. Some very effective CGI has made him look infinitely younger.
Back in 1964, Salman’s character is a stuntman in the circus and Disha Patani’s character is a dancer/gymnast. Paying homage to perhaps Madhuri Dixit’s bright yellow sari in 'Dhak Dhak Karne Laga', Disha swings and shimmies in a barely there draped yellow sari as Salman grooves next to her. The lyrics of the song are, as always, extremely massy and say things like, “Phir shadi hogi, babies hongay, badlenge hum napkin” as Salman dances with vertically challenged men around him. Political correctness be darned, this is a Bhai film through and through.

Bharat releases on June 5th on Eid ul Fitr 2019, and it is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. It stars Katrina Kaif and Sunil Grover with Salman Khan and it is based on the Korean film An Ode to My Father. The film charts various decades of Salman Khan’s character’s life. He is shown as a naval officer, a circus stuntman and a coal miner and then later a wise old man all in the span of this film. The film is ambitious and grand in its scale for sure. But whether it will be another Bajrangi Bhaijaan and not a Race 3, is to be seen when the film releases at the box office.
