Saba Qamar is currently shooting in Chakwal with renowned and award-winning director Sarmad Khoosat for her upcoming film Kamli. The film is set to release on Eid ul Fitr 2020.

Saba Qamar has recently wrapped up wrapped up shooting after which she stating “Almost at the finish line,” on Instagram with a picture of her bare face along with behind the scenes videos and stills.

Earlier speaking to Masala Sarmad Khoosat expressed his joy of working with Saba Qamar, “A tragic love story at heart, the film is going to be a fresh mix of a rustic setting captured in a contemporary, universal sensibility,” he added.

“Unlike other films of the genre, Kamli is not only going to depict the vibrancy and humour of rural Punjab, but also its poetic lyricism and love-lore in an international film aesthetic” Sarmad added. Saba had earlier revealed that the film is going to be bigger than Hindi Medium, and will be female-centric.
