Art of Dum

Launched by the Indian F&B giant, Foodlink, Art of Dum brings a luxury in-home dining experience to Dubai. Complete with premium steel cutlery , glass jars, and eco-friendly packaging, Art of Dum celebrates the traditional art of slow Dum cooking.

This 75th Indian Independence day, this luxury Indian Cloud Kitchen is offering special Tricolour dishes to celebrate the occasion: Tiranga Chicken Tikka (AED 38); Chicken Boneless flavoured with Tandoori Spices, Cream Cheese and Herbed marinade, and Tiranga Paneer Tikka (AED 36) Cottage cheese flavoured with Tandoori Spices, Cream Cheese and Herbed marinade.

China Bistro

China Bistro is a popular food joint known to serve ancient Chinese and Pan Asian cuisine at an affordable price. And this 75th Indian Independence Day, China Bistro at all three outlets in Discovery Garden, Karama and Sharjah is offering the guests Asian fare with a special tricolour touch. Order for tricolour dimsum platter in vegetarian or chicken options for starters followed by tricolour Asian Bowl Meals (Asian curry served with jasmine rice & crackers) for main course. Tricolour Dimsum Platter’s prices start from AED 30 and Asian Bowl Meals are priced at AED 50.

India Bistro

India Bistro is a popular modern Indian restaurant known for serving authentic dishes in a chic ambience at affordable luxury prices. This 75th Indian Independence Day, the restaurant has launched a limited period five course set menu dedicated to modern Indian cuisine for AED 75. Highlights include a soup : Hare Mutter ka Shorba  (Green Peas soup),Palak Patta Chaat (Spinach Chaat), Tricolour Kebab Platter veg and non-veg, main course, breads, Daal Makhani, tri-colour pulao and dessert: Tri-colour fruit rabri.

Desi-Videsi at The Huddle

Taking inspiration from Desi or Indian street food, classic childhood snacks and dishes and adding to them a contemporary, foreign or Videsi touch, the chefs at the Huddle have conceptualized a menu that is a celebration of old and new. From the minced lamb Keema Ghotala Sliders to Mashed Potato Dabeli, served in ladi pav (soft bread) with Gujarati crackers, you will get to experience a perfect fusion of Desi and Videsi cuisine. Celebrate India’s 75th Independence Day weekend at Flavours of India at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Dubai. To mark the momentous holiday, Flavours of India will serve a buffet spread featuring popular Indian food including the well-loved butter chicken and biryani, a variety of chaat, mouth-watering masala dishes, a range of kebab and kofta specialties, and more. To celebrate India’s Independence Day,  homegrown Indian street food restaurant, Mohalla – located in the fashionable Dubai Design District is having a week-long celebration with a specially created rich and authentic dish, Crispy Kale Chaat which showcases the rich tri-colors of India. The Crispy Kale Chaat brings India’s Tri-colour to life using fresh Crisp kale leaves, sweet whipped yogurt and duo of chutneys and grated carrots for only AED 38.
