A rich creamy grilled chicken staple to Indian/Pakistani Households and Restaurants

Ingredients  (Serves 4)                                                                      

•             Deboned Chicken Thigh cut into cubes                   1 Kg

•             Coriander leaves                                                                              1 Bunch

•             Mint leaves                                                                        1/4 Bunch

•             Green Chilies                                                                     6 Nos

•             Cooking Cream                                                                 250 Gm

•             Garlic Powder                                                                    1 Tsp

•             Ginger Powder                                                                 1 ½ Tsp

•             Kachri Powder                                                                   1 Tsp

•             Salt                                                                                         1 Tsp

For Mint Chutney

•             Coriander Leaves                                                             1 Bunch

•             Mint Leaves                                                                       ½ Bunch

•             Green Chilies                                                                     5 Nos

•             Cumin                                                                                   ½ Tsp

•             Salt                                                                                         To taste

•             Lime Juice                                                                           ½ Tsp


•             Grind the Coriander, mint and green chilies into a coarse green paste

•             Mix the green paste and all the ingredients with the chicken

•             Leave the marinated chicken to cool for 4 hours in a fridge

Mint Chutney

•             Mix all the ingredients and grind in a blender, add water as needed to grind into a smooth paste


•             Preheat the Oven to 250 Degrees. Shake off the excess marinade place the chicken on a wire rack on the top shelf. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Baste with butter every 5 minutes and cook until the juices run clear and the chicken is cooked through slightly charred around the edges.

•             Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with the Mint Chutney
