3 bananas (very ripe)
cup chopped dates
and cherries
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
2 cups whole meal flour
3 large egg whites
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup homemade applesauce or apple pure
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp water
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease the loaf pan and
set aside.
Mash the bananas until you get a smooth consistency.
Mix eggs whites and brown sugar together in a medium-sized bowl.
Add in the mashed bananas, vanilla, applesauce or apple pure and water. Stir until blended well.
In a large bowl whisk dry ingredients together and
then slowly add in the
wet ingredients.
Now fold in the dates
and cherries.
Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for about 50 to 65 minutes (until you're able to stick a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean).
Once you remove it from the oven, let it cool for about
five minutes.
Turn upside down over a cutting board and flip the tin, the loaf should slide right out.
