Actor Rajkummar Rao has had an extremely tough life in the recent past. The star lost both his parents within a span of two years. While his father Satyapal Yadav passed away in September this year, his mother died in 2017, while he was shooting for Newton. Rao, of course, found it almost unbearable to deal with two big and irreplaceable losses. And so he resorted to working day and night in an attempt to keep himself distracted. "Me being an actor gave them the most amount of happiness.” He said on a chat show By Invite Only. On a lighter note, the star was asked a hilarious question about Kangana Ranaut and he provided one epic answer to it!

Rao was questioned as to what he would find if he broke into his Judgementall Hai Kya co-star’s room. The actor, who enjoys a close camaraderie with Kangana said, “If I broke into Kangana's bedroom, I would find the script for Queen 2 hidden away." Oh, how we wish a sequel to Kangana’s super hit film Queen would be announced soon. He was then asked what he would do if he woke up as Deepika Padukone and he provided yet another witty response. "I would do a love story with Rajkummar," he stated.

Rao also spoke about the audition myth in the industry. He said, "There are actors who feel they can't perform that well in auditions. Sometimes it's a matter of ego, like 'How can you audition me?" Asked to name someone from the industry with whom he would like to have a same-sex relationship, he said: "If I was in a same-sex relationship, I'd choose Hrithik Roshan as my partner". Going back to the topic of his parents, Rao mentioned, "Work was the only way I could keep myself out of it. I am glad I could show the Made In China trailer to my dad when he was in the hospital. My father taught me honesty. He was the most honest government official I have ever seen. He was at a post where could have made so much of money. He stuck to his honesty.”
