Princess Beatrice's wedding will be funded privately
Princess Beatrice, the first child of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, is getting married in 2020. Her wedding is one of the most discussed topics in Britain these days.
Princess Beatrice, the elder daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson got engaged to the love of her life Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi who is a real estate tycoon. Although the couple already got engaged in Italy, the engagement announcement came a week later through Buckingham Palace. The date of the wedding was not revealed but it was roughly hinted that it was to happen in 2020. In the last three years, this will be the fourth royal wedding, with the remaining three being Prince Harry, Princess Eugenie, and Lady Gabriella Windsor’s wedding.

I know what a mother feels so I have tears of joy. I am so proud of this sensational news. Andrew and I are just the luckiest people ever to have two great sons in law. @princesseugenie took the colour photographs as my girls are so close. It has been stated by the Buckingham Palace that princess Beatrice's wedding will be privately funded. Princess Eugenie’s wedding last year was funded majorly by her father Prince Andrew but the 2 million pounds had to be paid by the taxpayers for the security of the royal guests. Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice are not full time working royals. They have their respective careers hence Princess Eugenie’s wedding was criticized by the public. The major cost of royal weddings is attributed to the security of the people present at the wedding. Of 32 million pounds spent at Prince Harry’s wedding, 30 million were spent at security.

They share an incredibly strong and united bond, their marriage will only strengthen what is already a wonderful relationship.” - Nikki Williams-Ellis and Alessandro Mapelli Mozzi
It was earlier speculated that Princess Beatrice would like to have her wedding in Italy to honor her fiance’s Italian roots but this could not be possible because of her grandmother Queen Elizabeth who does not travel internationally anymore. The royal family weddings are considered one of the most classic weddings in the world because of the venue and the tradition followed to the core. It was confirmed by Princess Beatrice's mother Sarah Ferguson at the British Film Institute Luminous Gala that the wedding venue could only be Britain. Edoardo is special to Sarah Fergusson because his brother is her godson.
