Prince Harry’s Series on Mental Health Might Also Feature Meghan Markle
Prince Harry is working on a mental health series with Oprah Winfrey which will be streamed on Apple TV
Prince Harry opened up on his mental health, stressing how it’s important for once to take care of it and identify it. Later, it was also announced that Oprah Winfrey will be working alongside the Royal to create a mental health series for Apple TV, and details have now emerged, starting that Meghan Markle might be involved in the show as well – however, it has still not been confirmed as to what capacity she will be a part of the series. The documentary series will focus on both, mental illness and mental wellness, inspiring viewers to have an honest conversation with the tools thrive.
According to the publication, Prince Harry's upcoming series will showcase visits to mental health institutions and treatment centres in the UK. Combat Stress - a mental health charity - will be participating the production of the series, reported Daily Mail. It will also potentially be one of the organisations that Prince Harry will be highlighting in the series. Combat Stress calls itself the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health has been in service for over 100 years. They have been involved in supporting former servicemen and women dealing with mental trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other psychological issues. They are dedicated to providing personalised treatment to each veteran which is usually a combination of psychological and psychiatric treatment.
The series will be Prince Harry’s biggest project ever since he stepped down from his Royal duties. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had made the announcement on Instagram, “After many months of reflection and internal discussions, we have chosen to make a transition this year in starting to carve out a progressive new role within this institution. We intend to step back as ‘senior’ members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen.”
