Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor’s highly anticipated action thriller film, Saaho, is finally releasing this weekend, on 30th August 2019. The makers and the cast have been actively promoting the film, which has been produced at a huge budget of INR 350 crore. During a media interaction, Prabhas -- who spent five years making Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion -- revealed that he had not planned to dedicate two years to the film but as it was a big budget action film, proper planning and execution took time. He said, “No. After Baahubali, I wanted to do two films a year. But, Saaho is an action film. We planned for more than a year to shoot some action scenes and a lot of preparation was needed. As you saw in the trailer, we tried to do something.”

The actor further said that one major action sequence in the film alone cost INR 75 crore and that the makers had roped in the world’s best action directors, such as  Kenny Bates and Peng Zhang, to choreograph stunts.
