Having her cake and eating every perfectly crafted bit of it is dessert artiste extraordinaire Nadia Parikh. The owner of Mélange (www.melangeme.com) made the switch from clinical psychology to pastry chef five years ago and hasn’t looked back since. After graduating from Cordon Bleu and working in a few pastry kitchens abroad and in Dubai, Nadia decided to venture out her own and started Mélange – a bespoke cake company that specialises in customising cakes for special occasions. Her culinary love shines through in her Instagram feed (@melangedubai), where she lovingly captures every part of her creative process in meticulous, obsessive detail.
