Poached Tuna Salad

Poached Tuna Salad
A wholesome lunchtime salad


200g fresh tuna (cubed)
bunch of coriander
bunch of basil
bunch of parsley
1 tbsp of chilli paste
1 tbsp of lime juice
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
cup iceberg lettuce
1 cup tricolour bell
peppers (sliced)
cup boiled corn

Pour cup of water in a pot and add coriander, basil and parsley to the water with some salt and pepper.
Place the pieces of tuna in a pot, cover with a lid and boil it for 10 minutes so that the flavours of the herbs get infused into the tuna.
Decorate a plate with iceberg lettuce, bell peppers and corn and add the poached herbed tuna over it.
For the dressing, mix the chilli paste, olive oil and lime juice till it forms a smooth texture and pour over the tuna salad.
