The Sheheryar Munawar and Maya Ali starrer Parey Hut Love has released a fresh romantic number titled Behka Na that hits all the right notes. Sung by Ali Tariq and Harshdeep Kaur, the song shows some great chemistry between the lead pair. The composer is Azaan Sami Khan and lyrics are by director Asim Raza himself.
The love song starts with the lead pair sneaking around in a dull spot, which later gives off an impression of being a film set. A pigeon at that point leaves some place, terrifying Ali's character Saniya, because of which she falls into Munawar's character Sheheryar's arms. In a way, it’s quite old-fashioned in its romance that adds to the charm.
“The song, which was never meant to happen, was the very first to come into being after Rahat’s qawwali,” Raza said in a recent Instagram post. “The song, which I fell in love with the first time I heard its rough melody. I wrote the lyrics of this song with tears dropping down my eyes non-stop…” he added. Quite dramatic, we must add! The calming tune involving the piano, violin and woodwind give a mystical feel to the number and we can sense it will be a hit among the romantics.
Parey Hut Love, which will release this Eid, has an interesting starcast that includes Ahmed Ali Butt, Zara Noor Abbas Siddiqui, Rachel Viccaji, Faheem Azam, Hina Dilpazeer and Nadeem Baig.
