Ayushmann Khurrana first shot into the limelight when he won MTV Roadies Season 2. After completing his studies, his first job was as a disc jockey at BIG FM, Delhi. He also hosted a show Big Chai- Maan na Maan, Main Tera Ayushmann and also won the Young Achievers Award in 2007 for it.
Then he turned VJ on MTV with Pepsi MTV Wassup, The Voice of Youngistaan, MTV Fully Faltoo Movies, Cheque De India and Jaadoo Ek Baar.
And then Ayushmann was roped into reality TV, co-hosting India's Got Talent on Colors with Nikhil Chinapa. He was also the host of a singing reality show Music Ka Maha Muqqabla on STAR Plus.
In 2012, he made his Bollywood debut with Shoojit Sircar's surprise hit Vicky Donor. For the film, he also sang 'Paani Da Rang' composed by him and Rochak Kohli, which was a super hit. Ayushmann received many accolades for his debutant performance, including the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut and Best Male Playback Singer.
He was next seen in Rohan Sippy's Nautanki Saala, for which he sung two songs Saddi Gali and Tu Hi Tu, one of which he composed too.
He'll also be seen in YashRaj Films' next titled Bewakoofian, directed by Nupur Asthana, in which he will star opposite Sonam Kapoor.
Ayushmann is marrried to his childhood friend Tahira Kashyap.
