Nita Ambani was born on November 1st, 1963 as Nita Dalal to a traditional Gujarati family living in Mumbai. Although she is the wife of India’s richest man Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani has a strong identity of her own which makes her an inspiration for the women who believe they are not just a shadow of their successful husbands. Nita Ambani is a famous businesswoman who has a keen interest in philanthropy as well. Nita Ambani is also a passionate educationist and runs one of the most famous schools Dhirubhai Ambani International School in India. She was a part of the Forbes list of the most influential business leaders in Asia.
What many people do not know about the most powerful woman in India is her love and passion for dance. According to Nita Ambani, her alternate career choice would have been classical dancing as she has always loved it. Dance was also the reason for her marriage to Mukesh Ambani. Her parents in law saw Nita Ambani (who was Nita Dalal back then) dancing on stage and instantly knew she was the one who would be most suitable for their eldest son Mukesh Ambani. Hence, dance did play the role of cupid in bringing the two together and set up a business empire that would always make India proud.
Despite all the wealth and fame, Nita Ambani is deeply spiritual at heart. Hence dancing to the spiritual tunes and bhajans always fill her heart with peace. Being traditionalist at heart, Ambanis started the respective wedding celeberations of both her twin children Isha Ambani and Akash Ambani (that happened not far from each other) with Lord Krishna pooja and her classical dance to pay her respects to the famous lord. Although she also danced to the popular film tunes but the beginning of the events was classical and spiritual.
