Actress Sharvari Wagh has been making headlines for her rumoured relationship with Sunny Kaushal, Vicky Kaushal’s younger brother.

The link-up rumours were reignited when she attended Vicky Kaushal’s close-knit yet high-profile wedding with Katrina Kaif in Rajasthan.

But now putting a full stop to all the rumours, Sharvari Wagh, in an interview, said that she and Sunny have remained close since they worked on the Amazon Prime series The Forgotten Army – Azaadi Ke Liye. She further called him a good friend and emphasized that there is no truth to the dating reports.

Talking to India.com, Sharvari Wagh firmly stated, “Sunny and I have worked on The Forgotten Army together. This was four years back. We really became very good friends and we have stayed friends for over the last four years.” She added, “Kabir (Kabir Khan) sir was there, I was there and he was there… we all have become such good friends for so long now.”
Adding more, she said, “Honestly, the rumours are ‘very rumoured’ and I would say these are only ‘rumours’. At the end of the day, when you make such close friends, you can’t shy away (from the bonding).”
Sharvari concluded, “Things coming out as articles don’t mean you would stop living. These are the friends that I have made in the industry and I had to be there for them.”
For the uninitiated, Sharvari was among the few from the Bollywood industry to be on the guest list of Vicky and Katrina’s wedding that took place on December 9. On the work front, Sharvari made her big Bollywood debut with Varun V Sharma’s Bunty Aur Babli 2, co-starring Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji, and Siddhant Chaturvedi. She received good reviews for her performance. The movie, somehow, tanked at the box office.
