‘Mudday Ki Baat Karo’: Kapil Sharma Lashes Out At the #BoycottKapilSharma Trend!
Speaking to the media, comedian and anchor Kapil Sharma has lashed out on the #BoycottKapilSharma trend that has emerged of late.
In the light of the Pulwama Attacks, Navjot Singh Sidhu spoke to the media where he said that “Nations cannot be held responsible for the dastardly acts of terrorists. The terrorists do not have a religion. There are good, bad and ugly. Every institution has them and every nation has them. The ugly needs to be punished. Individuals cannot be blamed for the dastardly act.”
Navjot Singh Sidhu was reportedly sacked from the Kapil Sharma Show and Archana Puran Singh was asked to step in his place.
Ever since #BoycottKapilSharma started trending on social media along with #UnsubscribeSonyTV.
Kapil Sharma finally broke his silence and spoke to a news channel and didn’t mince words at all! Navjot Singh Sidhu responded with tweeting the video of Kapil speaking about this, with a hashtag #IskaImpactAyegaKiNahi.
“I think there should be a proper solution,” said Kapil Sharma speaking about sacking Navjot Singh Sidhu. “Ban them, ban this. These are small things. Please tell me if by sacking Sidhu Ji, it is going to solve the problem. If that would have really solved the problem then Sidhu Ji is smart enough to leave the show on his own. People are being misled as hashtags are run like Boycott Kapil Sharma or Boycott Sidhu. Mudday ki baat karo!” Kapil demanded. “Youth are being misled,” he reiterated.
