Parineeti Chopra is a carbon copy of Saina Nehwal in the new biopic on the Badminton star, The biopic on renowned badminton player Saina Nehwal, will see Parineeti Chopra in the lead role, and will open in theatres on March 26.
The actress revealed not only the release date on social media but also shared a look at the teaser of the biopic and her performance as Saina Nehwal. The teaser will take you through the journey of Saina’s journey – from her training to playing for India in international tournaments.
The teaser ends dramatically with Parineeti Chopr saying: “Saamne koi bhi ho, main toh bas maar dungi (No matter who is in front of me, I’m going to defeat them).”
The biopic, directed by Amole Gupte, was supposed to have a theatrical release in 2020 but got postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Sharing the teaser on social media, Parineeti Chopra wrote: “Saina, March 26 in cinemas.”
