ZUMA's Ebisu set-lunch menu has five new dishes.
Ebisu is a light and healthy lunch-time option, consisting of miso soup followed by three courses. There are 18 options, including ZUMA's popular maki rolls.
The latest additions to the Ebisu menu have been created by ZUMA's executive chef Colin Clague in response to customers' feedback about the existing menu, which includes tried and tested signature dishes such as marinated black cod don buri and crispy fried squid.
The lunch offering features tofu – used in a variety of ways, including in the appetiser – avocado and spicy tofu salad, with maple and shichimi dressing – and in the dressing for the new appetizer, konbu-cured salmon with apple and beetroot.
The other dishes, both main meals, are soy-glazed sirloin, served with steamed rice and broccolini; and sliced duck, served with somen noodles, spring onions and sancho.
Ebisu is priced at Dh 110 (plus a 10% authority fee) and is served within 45 minutes. For busy executives on the go, ZUMA offers an even quicker set-menu at lunch time – Ebisu Express. It consists of miso soup and any main course from the Ebisu menu, priced at Dh 58 (plus a 10% authority fee).
Lunch is served daily from 12:30pm to 3pm and reservations are recommended.
