4.     Simha Mudra (Lion Pose):

This one keeps the jaw firm as we age. Stick your tongue outwards and stretch it downwards forcefully, extending it as much as you can. While doing so, exhale and make a roaring sound like a lion.

5.      Jivha Bandha (Locked Tongue Pose)

Just sit comfortably and place the tip of your tongue on the upper wall of your mouth. Now, force your tongue against the wall till you can feel the stretch in your neck. Breathe from your nose while doing this and you'll be just fine.
