Marks & Spencer Goes Online in the Gulf

Now you can have your purchases delivered to your doorstep!

In a welcome initiative, prestigious British brand Marks and Spencer and their franchise partner Al-Futtaim oday launched the brand’s online store in the Gulf.


Offering customer across the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait the chance to have their favourite products delivered to their door, will give customers access to much more than the 6000 clothing, home and lifestyle products that the flagships stores provide. With better options in sizes, styles and colours, the new website is a real boon for M&S fans.


The website also offers a ‘Click & Reserve’ In-Store Service – where customers can collect online orders within 60 minutes of making their reservation at M&S’s 25 stores in the region. In Dubai, M&S will offer a special Concierge Service for the first time, whereby the courier will bring multiple sizes for the customer to find the perfect fit in the comfort of their own home.  


Customers can shop in English or Arabic, with local prices and with local payment options. Customers will be able to choose from standard delivery, taking 2-5 working days to same day and next delivery options in specific countries.
