Steamed Ugandan Boneless Fish

Ingredients:
Ugandan Boneless Fish 1/4kg (cut into 4-6 pieces)

Ginger 2 thick slices (finely chopped)

Soya sauce 1/4 cup

Rice vinegar (to taste)

Red bell pepper

Carrot, lemon and coriander (for garnishing)

Method:
Marinate the fish in ginger, soya sauce and rice vinegar, wrap in foil and keep aside for 3 hours.

Steam fish in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

For garnishing cut very narrow strips of red bell pepper and ginger.

Sprinkle with coriander, finely sliced carrots and lemon and it is ready to serve.
