Bollywood star Arjun Rampal welcomed his son with girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades on Thursday afternoon. While filmmaker JP Dutta's daughter Nidhi was first to confirm the news, Arjun was also snapped outside the Mumbai Hinduja hospital alongside his two daughters, Mahikaa and Myra, with his ex-wife Mehr Jesia. Soon after, pictures of the newborn baby boy surfaced on social media when the new parents stepped out of the hospital smiling from ear to ear. While the couple received congratulatory messages and best wishes from close friends, family and industry insiders, Malaika Arora’s post is the latest addition.
The starlet reposted one of Arjun and Gabriella’s pictures when the latter had just been discharged from the hospital. Malaika wrote, “Congratulations my dear,” tagging Gabriella and accompanying the caption with a series of emojis including hearts, a milk bottle and a baby. Arjun was clad in a black sweatshirt over a pair of light washed denims while Gabby sported casual attire too in a fashionable denim jacket.
The first picture of their newborn was shared by Gabriella over the weekend on Saturday that showed Arjun holding the baby boy in his arms but the baby’s face was not visible.

Gabriella also shared a snap of Arjun and her son a few hours ago before they left the hospital. The snap showed Arjun smiling brightly next to the baby's carry cot while the latter’s face was hidden with a heart sticker. The post was captioned, "Homeward bound."

In April, Arjun spilled the beans on his whirlwind romance with Gabriella and how his daughters have happily accepted her. “We met through common friends. So, what can I say? That she stalked me? Wishful thinking that, buddy! It’s only been a year since we started dating and here we are. For keeps. And I must add that it was of prime importance that my daughters should accept her as a part of the family. I’m blessed that they have, no questions asked,” he said at the time.
