Malaika Arora is one style icon we must follow. It is safe to say that from her casual street style to red carpet looks, the actress-model is a true diva! However, what has been keeping Malaika at the centre of headlines is not so much her fabulous and trending style but her link-up with Mubarakan star Arjun Kapoor.
We have all known for a while now through a number of reports and rumours that Arjun Kapoor is dating Malaika Arora but neither of them confirmed the news. Though, errr...Karan Johar did have a slip of the tongue moment about their relationship.
Although recently, the duo was spotted together on two occasions. After the two attended Gauri Khan’s party on Tuesday where they were seen having a fun time with Karisma Kapoor, Amrita Arora Ladak and Natasha Poonawala, the rumoured couple were sported at a fancy restaurant in Mumbai the next day.
For the dinner, Malaika opted for a check-crop-to and red pants that highlighted her abs. While, Arjun was dressed casually in a white printed t-shirt and black bottoms. The couple was also seen leaving together after the dinner.
Awww….how cute is Arjun Kapoor playing ‘protective’ of Malaika Arora.
The actor was also seen escorting the actress to her car safely after Gauri Khan’s dinner.
Recently speaking to Hindustan Times, Malaika said, "whatever my life has been, everyone is aware of it. I don’t need to be talking about it. I am just enjoying my life - it’s beautiful and precious."
On a separate note…
Actress-model says she never felt objectified while doing special numbers for movies in Bollywood.
From "Chaiyya chaiyya", "Maahi ve", "Kaal dhamaal", "Munni badnaam hui" to "Anarkali disco chali", Malaika has done many hit numbers and has raised the hotness quotient of special songs in Bollywood.
Expressing her views at the launch of Sophie Choudry's new single "Ajj naiyo sawna" on Tuesday, the actress said "I have always said that we shouldn't tag them or label them as item songs. I have done so many songs and one thing that I would like to share is that I never felt objectified in any of the songs," Malaika said.
"I have done all the songs willingly. I have done the songs knowing what the situation is. But if anybody does feel objectified with the songs then it is important for them to come forward and speak. But personally speaking, I loved the experience of doing all the songs," she added.
Along with being the Bollywood Icon and Fashion Diva, Malaika is all about fitness and empowering women
