The trailer of upcoming Pakistani romcom, Parey Hut Love, released on Friday and has been talk of the town ever since. The Asim Raza directorial is based on the popular British film Four Weddings and a Funeral, released in 1994 and has Maya Ali and Sheheryaar Munawar in leading roles. Meera Jee, Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan are all set to play cameo appearances in the film. With the release of the film just weeks away, excitement is building up and fans are gearing up to hit the screens over Eid. Over the past few days, Asim Raza has also been taking to social media to share first looks of each of the actors and fans are impressed.
With the trailer now released, and excitement at its peak, fans are going gaga over Mahira’s look from the trailer in which she is seen performing a dance number. Clad in a traditional red and gold number by Pakistani couturier, Umar Saeed, the Humsafar starlet is exuding old world charm and giving audiences all the traditional feels.
Mahira Khan’s hands are laden with henna and she is adorned in heavy, traditional jewels. From a teeka, to a jhoomer, to jhumkas and a statement neck piece Mahira is every bit the traditional bride. She is also clad in red bangles and hand jewellery and is the epitome of grace and elegance. With winged liner and shimmery cheekbones, the Raees actor looks oh so ethereal and fans just can’t get enough.
