According to recent reports, Nita Ambani has surprised her new daughter-in-law, Radhika Merchant, with a lavish property in Dubai. The villa located in the Palm Jumeirah area is one of the most expensive properties in the city priced at a whopping $80 million (₹640 crore) approximately. This marks another milestone for Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani in their family’s journey with a splendid gift for their daughter-in-law, Radhika Merchant.
Radhik Mercant and Anant Ambani tied the knot in an extravagant affair in July 2024. The couple hosted two elaborate pre-wedding festivities in March and May in Jamnagar and Italy respectively, leading to the wedding in July, which was held in Mumbai. Anant Ambani is the son of an Indian businessman and one of the world’s richest men, Mukesh Ambani and his businesswoman wife Nita Ambani. Radhika Merchant, on the other hand, is the daughter of Viren Merchant, the founder and CEO of Encore Healthcare (EHPL) and Shaila Merchant.

According to reports, the luxurious villa gifted by Nita Ambani to Radhika Merchant is valued at a whopping Rs. 640 crores and is Located in the prestigious Palm Jumeirah area. It is a beach-facing villa listed among the most expensive properties in Dubai. The villa not only features affluent interiors but also comes with access to an exclusive 70-meter private beach.
The villa spans 59,570-square-foot according to Forbes and includes 10 luxurious bedrooms decked with Italian marble and exquisite artwork, showcasing a blend of elegance and sophistication. The villa has an expansive dining room featuring a grand dining table, ideal for hosting extravagant events that the Ambani family is known for.
Additionally, the villa includes a state-of-the-art pool, for leisurely dips and relaxation, along with a private spa.
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant gifts
Apart from the lavish villa from the parents, the couple received many such expensive and wealthy gifts from the guests, friends and family. According to reports, the couple received a private jet as a gift from Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg, while others suggest he gifted them a yacht. Microsoft’s Bill Gates is believed to have gifted them a diamond ring valued at $1.08 million.
The Bachchan family of Bollywood showered the couple with an emerald necklace worth $3.6 million, and Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh gifted the couple a custom Rolls Royce worth $2.4 million.
Similarly, Bollywood’s King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan gifted the couple an apartment in France, which is reportedly priced at $4.8 million. Meanwhile, the couple also received a Bugatti from Jeff Bezos, a Lamborghini from John Cena, and a sports bike from Salman Khan.
