Leaked! Hrithik Roshan's 29-Page Complaint Against Kangana Ranaut
This report gives a whole new angle to the case!
Just when you thought he controversy around Kangana Ranaut had settled down, another discovery shows up. The one we’re speaking about is a report made by Hrithik’s lawyers back in 2016, blaming Kangana on many accounts, some of which included, stalking and hounding the actor with indecent emails.
While we still sit wondering how and why this report resurfaced more than a year later, a battle has already erupted and it’s anything but pleasant. The 29-page complaint filed by the actor and his legal counsel, clearly states that Kangana sent Hrithik ‘sexually explicit’ emails in which she called him her ‘eternal lover’. Hrithik was ‘repulsed but out of decency ignored those mails’. In case you haven’t seen the complaint already, you can read it here!
Fast forward to a year later, the report has regained some attention, with the grapevine buzzing with new details from the case. The report states that instead of Hrithik, Kangana was interacting over email with an imposter who posed to be Hrithik Roshan. The actor on the other hand, had no idea about this situation and had maintained only professional relations with Kangana.
Excerpts from the complaint read:
“In sum, during the period January 2009 to September 2013, Our Client’s (Hrithik) contact with Ms. Ranaut was restricted to the production of the said films and the celebratory occasions mentioned hereinabove…
The very next day i.e. 25th May 2014, Our Client woke up to a series of abusive text messages (in Hindi) sent between 2 A.M. and 4 A.M. from Ms Ranaut’s number on his mobile number (—-Number—-). Our Client was understandably horrified at the tone and tenor of the said text messages….
At around 3:30 P.M., on the same day Our Client received an email from Ms. Ranaut’s sister, Rangoli on his email id – email@example.com. It is pertinent to note here that the said email was addressed to an email bearing id – firstname.lastname@example.org and was marked to our Client’s id – email@example.com. In this email, not only did she (Ms. Rangoli) accuse Our Client of having a relationship with her sister but also of hacking into Ms. Ranaut’s account and forcing her to take pictures and videos of herself.
At the same time, she referred to the barrage of abusive text messages sent by Ms. Ranaut and asked for forgiveness on account of her sister’s childishness. She also enclosed a copy of an email that was allegedly sent by Our Client to Ms. Ranaut on 5th May 2014 (this is an email from id firstname.lastname@example.org)…..”
While Kangana (in various interviews) stated that the case which Hrithik had filed, which included an imposter and the Cyber Cell being involved has been shut due to lack of evidence, Republic has reported that the Mumbai police has not closed the case yet, Hrithik counsel Mahesh Jethmalani confirmed the same, according to a report on MissMalini.
We wonder why Hrithik hasn’t spoken yet. We can’t wait to hear his side of the story.
