Kriti Sanon, who plays a small-town reporter in Arjun Patiala, has expressed her desire to shoot for a glam film abroad. The actor has delivered two small-town hits, Barielly Ki Barfi and Luka Chuppi.

Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon who hails from a small Indian town, revealed that she is interested in shooting a film somewhere abroad and play a glamorous role. “I want to wear hot pants and look glamorous,” she said during an interview to a foreign media outlet. “I recently told someone, ‘Yaar, main shooting ke liye kaafi time se baahar nahi gayi hoon, I am doing the rounds of Lucknow, Gwalior, Mathura, and Chandigarh. I would love to shoot a film with a great script abroad, in which I get to wear hot pants and look glamourous. That’s not happened in a while for me.”

Kriti also spoke about how male actors always end up getting all the credit for the success of a film whereas female actors are not named in headlines for a successful film. “Even if you didn’t like my performance or want to criticise me, please write about it. I would love that feedback,” she said. Her film “Arjun Patiala” will be hitting the screens today throughout India. Kriti plays a crime reporter in the film that also stars Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan’s biggest fan, Diljith Dosanjh and Varun Sharma.

Kriti Sanon is an Indian actress who appears predominantly in Hindi films. She pursued an engineering degree from the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, after which she briefly worked as a model.

Her work was appreciated in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s “Bareilly Ki Barfi”, in which she played the fun-loving Bareilly girl, Bitti. She then followed it with “Luka Chuppi”, in which she played a girl from Mathura who goes on to live-in with her boyfriend (Kartik Aaryan) while keeping their parents in dark. Sanon was born on 27 July 1990 in New Delhi to Rahul Sanon, a chartered accountant and Geeta Sanon, a professor at the University of Delhi. Her family is Punjabi. She has a younger sister named Nupur.
