Hollywood celebrities Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have been in a relationship for quite some time now. The couple announced its engagement earlier this year during Valentine’s Day and was supposed to tie the knot sometime this year. However, as we near the end of 2019, no news of their wedding has made rounds yet – even though the two were spotted vacationing together in Egypt a few months ago. But according to latest reports, Katy and Orlando will reportedly being postponing their wedding to talk about having kids together in the future.
According to Us Weekly, it has been reported that the couple are planning to wait a little longer till they walk down the aisle. They want to have a baby as well before they make their vows to each other. In the past, Orlando has often expressed his desire to have children with Katy. He had said, “I really want to enjoy family and friends, my beautiful son, and have more kids. I want to make sure when I embark on that, it’s with my heart full and very clear about the reality of what that means, as opposed to some romantic idea of what it means to be in a relationship.”
A source close to the couple confirmed that Orlando and Katy want to wait until they can have everything they wish for. It added that they even changed the timing of their wedding because of the location that they want for the ceremony. Rumours also state that the two are planning on having two wedding days - one for a select group of friends and family and another destination wedding – good for Instagram and their A-lister friends. This will be Orlando and Katy’s second marriage. Katy was earlier married to comedian Russell Brand, and Orlando was previously married to model Miranda Kerr.
